Farmer's Market Fun

During our camping trip last week (see HERE) we headed to a nearby town to the Farmer's Market they have every Saturday morning.  We have gone a few times and it never disappoints.  There are rows and rows of booths and lots of people...

Handmade pretties for little girls..

Quilts and purses too..

Antiques and treasures...

Lots of beautiful handmade goods...

Live entertainment...

Picture perfect produce...

Delicious baked goods...

Fresh bouquets and pots of perennials...

(I bought the one on the left!)

Fresh cut lavender (my favorite!)...

Face painting for the kids...

We left with treasures for everyone - Claire and Nicky had their faces painted and Claire got a new necklace.  Daddy bought frog legs which he fried up at the campsite. We bought mushroom, roasted tomato, and mozzerella stuffed brats, Amish fruit and cream pastries, fresh cilantro, and a bottle of seasoned extra-virgin olive oil. Hugh got a wooden cork gun toy. It was a fun outing for everyone and something I look forward to doing every summer.

My dream is to go there ALONE next time.  And when I do, I will wear this...

Cute Sundresses
