One of my students, and daughter of my good friend, Tracey,
surprised me with a handmade Halloween craft she made.
She began by laying old newspaper out on the table.
Then she collected broken crayon pieces and removed the papers.
With help from her mom, Chloee (8) hot glued the crayon pieces to the top of a pumpkin.
Chloee then used a hair dryer to blow hot air in a downward direction so the crayons dripped down the pumpkin as they melted.
Fabulous, huh? Colorful and artsy - a fall gift I really appreciated!
Chloee was so excited to give it to me. She is quite the crafter!
