I have the perfect fast, easy Thanksgiving treat that will wow your guests-
Chocolate Kiss Pumpkin Treats.
Here is what you need...
2 boxes Athens mini fillo shells (sold in the freezer section)
1 bag of Hershey's chocolate kisses
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup thawed Cool Whip
2 cups prepared vanilla pudding
1/4 cup brown sugar
chopped pecans (optional)
On a cookie sheet, bake fillo shells for 3-5 minutes at 350 until browned on the edges. Remove from oven and allow to cool for another 5 minutes or so. Meanwhile, mix the pumpkin, Cool Whip, pudding, and brown sugar together in a bowl. When shells are cooled, spoon a small amount into each shell. Gently push chocolate kiss down in the middle. (I have also added pecans - your choice!) And they are ready to go!
