Roasted Brussel Sprouts?!?! I know.
But trust me - these are really good!
1 pound brussel sprouts (about 25-30 sprouts)
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 small candy onion
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Preheat oven to 350. Cut ends off brussel sprouts and rinse them. Put them in a large bowl. Chop green and red peppers and add to bowl with sprouts. Chop onion and add to bowl as well. Pour olive oil over the top and mix together, coating all the vegetables well. Shake on Lawry's Seasoned Salt (however much you desire!) Pour into a 12 x 7 (or about that size) baking dish. Bake in oven for 45 minutes, flipping sprouts about every 15 minutes to roast evenly.
